How can I return my order?

We offer a 30-day return window. You are eligible for a refund if:

• The product is unopened, in original packaging, and fit for resale.

• The product is faulty or not as described.

To request a return:

• Email [e-mail] within 30 days of delivery.

• Include a description of the issue and photo proof if applicable.

Once approved:

• A 15 USD shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• You will receive a return label.

• Important note: returns that are sent without an authorized return label or prior approval will be declined by our warehouse and cannot be refunded.

• Refunds are issued within 30 days of receiving the return.

• Bank processing times may take 10–30 business days.
