Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window. Full details are available in our Terms of Service.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • The product is unopened, in its original packaging, and suitable for resale, 
    or

  • The product is faulty or not as described.

To request a return:

  • Email us at info@erodusformula.com within 30 days of delivery.

  • Include a brief description of the issue and photo proof if applicable.

Once your return is approved:

  • A 15 USD shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • You will receive a return label. Important note: returns that are sent without an authorized return label or prior approval will be declined by our warehouse and cannot be refunded.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

  • Depending on your bank, funds may take 10–30 business days to appear in your account.
